We would like to invite you to our free half-day workshop “Characterization of powders, emulsions and dispersions” on 25th September 2019 in Basel. Please note that the workshop will be held in German language.
Our workshop with the following contents will take place parallel to the ILMAC trade fair and includes the following:
- practical explanation of basics and methods for the determination of, e.g., particle size and shape, stability and viscosity
- Determination of the stability of dispersions and emulsions by multiple light scattering
- Investigation of viscosity with microfluidics
- Highlight: live measurements with the Bettersizer S3 Plus: simultaneous determination of particle size and shape
The workshop is half-day and allows you a convenient trade fair participation. You can choose between 8:30-13:30 and 12:30-17:00 (including lunch). Take a short break before or after your visit to the fair and drop by! The workshop is taking place only 2 km away from the fair in the Hotel Bildungszentrum 21 (Missionsstraße 21, CH – 4055 Basel):
