We are looking for a service engineer/service technician (m/f/d) for our service department (home office Southern Germany or on site in Odelzhausen):

Your tasks

  • Independent planning, execution and work scheduling of service assignments
  • Maintenance and repair of state-of-the-art analysis equipment (electronic/optical) in Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland
  • Maintenance of the corresponding customer data in the customer database
  • Active cooperation with colleagues in service, sales and technical support
  • Regular participation in internal product trainings

Your profile

  • Completed engineering or technician training in the field of electronics/automation technology
  • Sound knowledge of maintenance and repair of state-of-the-art analytical equipment (electronic/optical)
  • Willingness to travel (Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland) on average 2-3 days per week
  • Confident handling of common EDP
  • German language skills (fluent), English language skills

For our department “Dispersions” we are looking for an Account Manager/Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the chemical-technical field for our Southern sales area (home office Southern Germany or on site in Odelzhausen):

Your tasks

  • Technical consulting and sales of physical-chemical laboratory measuring instruments (particle size, particle shape, zeta potential) in need of explanation in the sales territory South (Southern Germany, Switzerland, Austria)
  • Customer support and customer acquisition in the sales area
  • Product presentation at customers, trade fairs and conferences as well as online events
  • Business area support including sales negotiations and customer data maintenance
  • Delivery of measuring instruments with instruction

Your profile

  • Science or technical university degree, e.g. in the field of chemistry, engineering
  • Confident and strong communication skills
  • You enjoy sales-related customer service
  • Willingness to travel (Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland) on average 2 days per week
  • Confident handling of common IT applications and modern means of communication
  • Knowledge in the field of physical analytics
  • Sales experience in the industry is an advantage
