With an overall result of 97%, this company rated us an „A-supplier“ and we will thus be a preferred partner for service contracts. We take pride in these ratings and are happy, when our customers and laboratory clients appreciate our efforts. And even though the demands are high, we strive to stay „normal“: Our phones are not automated systems guiding you through a wait queue, our homepage will greet you without the all-present „Live-Chat“ and you will be guided by a service or laboratory technician throughout your entire business with us. We will keep it this way and will offer the same optimal services for our analytical methods and instruments in the future, which includes contracts regarding the traditional CILAS-Lasergranulometers and QUANTACHROME-analytical instruments.

Naturally, we also take ratings seriously, in which we do not achieve full points. The example above states a minor deficit in punctuality stipulations, where we strive to improve ourselves. Due to our rapid and positive development in recent years, it will be a challenge to meet the demands for carrying out all instruments deliveries, service contracts, instrument maintenance and laboratory contract analysis on time.
