The BeVision M1 is a modern, semi-automatic, static image analysis measuring device that is ideal for particle size and shape analysis of smaller powder populations. In addition, it can be used for surface cleanliness testing and defect analysis of films or surface coatings. Samples can be dispersed both dry and wet (in a liquid medium) and placed on the slide table.
BeVision M1 consists of a high-resolution light microscope equipped with four lenses for sample-specific image magnification and an autofocus system. The slide stage has a 2-axis precision control system, allowing the device software to precisely target any point on the slide and also perform an automatic area scan for reliable particle statistics. The high-resolution CMOS camera captures images at a frame rate of up to 120 FPS. The recording and analysis of individual particles is performed automatically, software-controlled via SOP and in real time.
